Antonio Brown to Seattle?

The former undisputed number one fantasy football wide receiver Antonio Brown AKA Mr. Big Chest AKA Mr. Whole Lotta Money is currently a free agent in the NFL and, in case you have been living under a rock for the last year, he has been ever since his exit from New England over sexual assault allegations. Ever since then it has been a steep decline for AB. From his erratic behavior online calling out former teammates for their sexual assault allegations, announcing he will quit the NFL and become a rapper (he isn’t that bad by the way), to his on going legal battle with his accuser in civil court as well as being arrested for a domestic dispute with the mother of his children, and the NFL’s own investigation; Antonio Brown has been going through it.

Early last month we told you that AB got off of that incident with Miami police with only probation. And that he was prime and ready for his NFL comeback. AB went on an apology tour in the winter and seems to be back in the right frame of mind. Which at the end of the day is the most important thing for him and his family. However, for us fantasy football junkies, we need this man back on the field!

Well, we may finally get our wish. Brown posted this video on his Instagram of him working out with former Super Bowl Champion, and perennial MVP contender Russell Wilson. Check that out below…

Russ to AB is a beautiful thing

It was only one play, but Brown looked great. He had his speed and his signature route running looked on point as usual. Does this mean he will be signing with Seattle? I feel like it is extremely likely at this point and it could not be a better fit for him. Outside of New England, Seattle has the most stable locker room in the NFL. With veteran coach Pete Carroll steering the ship and a veteran quarterback in Russell Wilson; Brown will have the guidance he needs to stay calm and focus on his true second chance in the NFL.

We still have a long way to go though. The NFL has not made any public statements on Their investigation into Brown since January and it is unclear if it is still going on. And Brown would need to prove to the Seahawks that he is not only physically ready but mentally ready as well.

I got one am still a huge AB fan and would love to see him back in the NFL. And with the Seahawks, he could be a major threat in the fantasy football game. We will continue to monitor the situation for you guys because as always at GCF we got your back!
