GCF’s Divisional Playoff Gambling Corner: Let’s get this MONEY

Happy divisional round of the playoffs GCF fam! More games means more betting on these games. The underdogs managed to cover every spread last week which could carry over into these games. Either way if your team isn’t in it, and you want some extra fun this weekend make sure to throw something down!

The Rams are traveling to Green Bay in the middle of January. The frozen weather could prove trouble for Jared Goff’s hand which had surgery less than two weeks ago. The battle within the battle will be Jalen Ramsey against Davante Adams, If the Rams can keep Adams contained they’ll have a great shot in this one. Easier said than done obviously, but with Adams being covered by Ramsey, and the frozen weather I believe they’ll go with Aaron Jones more.

If I had to bet on one team next year it would be the Buffalo Bills, however their achilles heel is their rush defense. The Ravens are probably the worst matchup the Bills could face because of their below average rush defense. I believe J.K. Dobbins will prove his worth in this game. In the spotlight of the playoffs will be where Dobbins will shoot up the rankings of next years fantasy drafts. Possible bad weather also leads to more running offenses and less passing, which is right up the Ravens playbook.

The Chiefs are seemingly the favorite to win the Super Bowl, however their last two score win was against the Jets on November 1st. The Browns also have the best offensive line in football whereas the Chiefs are below average in their defensive line. I believe the Browns can stay in this game with their rushing attack. The Chiefs offense should put up numbers in this one because the Browns defense is nowhere near where the offense is, but I look for the Browns to keep it within a score.

The third time might be the charm for Brady and the Bucs who have been playing infinitely better than when they first acquired Antonio Brown. The team has had a chance to mold itself into something that has become difficult to stop. They did what they wanted last week against a very good Washington defense so I’m really looking forward to this rematch. The Saints rush defense has been lights out all season, and I think the Bucs will spread the ball out to their plethora of great receivers.
