Ever since we flipped the format we have been hitting on these Must Start and Sit picks every 👏🏻 damn 👏🏻 week 👏🏻! Now with half the Fantasy Football season about to be in our rear view mirror, it’s time to dive in and give the people what they want. Let’s make sure we get these W’s this week GCF Fam because after this week, stuff is going to get real!

Must Start RB’s

Kenneth Gainwell at Detroit: Listen, while I love Detroit to win this one, I still think we see a healthy dose of Gainwell. In PPR formats he is especially a must start. He will be what we though Sanders could have been.

Darrell Henderson Jr. at Houston: Please don’t be discouraged by last week. It doesn’t change a fundamental fact we are learning this year. And that fact is Henderson has enormous fantasy value. Plug him in with confidence.

Damien Harris at LAC: The Alabama product makes his second straight appearance on our must start list. I don’t care who’s behind him, he’s the guy in New England.

Khalil Herbert vs San Francisco: Feeling good about the Bears rushing attack, and that’s about it. Herbert is the guy in this offense. We told you last week and we hope you listened then, but if you didn’t don’t make the same mistake twice.

Must Start WR’s

Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb at Minnesota: Call me crazy, but a whole week of preparing for this game and rest will do the Cowboys stud receivers a lot of good. Both of these guys are must starts. Dak is likely out but this is a different Cowboy team than last year. Better offensive line and a healthy Zeke means a backup should be able to get the ball to these guys.

Adam Thielen vs Dallas: Old man Thielen needs his respect. So give it to him and start him as a WR2 in all leagues.

Diontae Johnson at Cleveland: Diontae is another man who deserves respect. Even with the ghost of Ben Roethlisburger throwing to him the man can still ball. Cleveland defense doesn’t scare me here either.

Michael Pittman vs Tennessee: I like what I’m seeing from the Colts offense lately. And a lot of that has to do with my guy Pittman. Love this matchup for him.

Mike Williams vs New England: Big Mike off the bye has potential to be WR1 on the week. It’s a hot take but as long as we see Big Mike and not Fat Mike we will be in good shape.

Must Start QB’s

Patrick Mahomes II vs Giants: Don’t get cute. Mahomes is still Mahomes.

Matthew Stafford at Houston: The Detroit legend has been putting together a great season in real life in LA but fantasy wise it’s just above average. This is the week Stafford finishes as a Top 3 Fantasy QB.

Joe Burrow at NYJ: As much as it kills me that my guy Joey B is going against my NYJ at least I’ll get some fantasy relief from my real life pain of watching them get whooped.

Carson Wentz vs Tennessee: Wentz appears to have turned the clock back to 2015 in recent weeks. Let’s keep riding the hot hand.

Must Start TE’s

Tyler Higbee at Houston: Higbee has been a reliable option all year long. This may be his biggest game of the season.

Mike Gesicki at Buffalo: We tell you every week Gesicki needs to get in your lineup and we mean it. He even has flex appeal.

C.J. Uzomah at NYJ: I don’t know if we can totally trust Uzomah but this week against the Jets is a safe landing spot for him.

Must Sit RB’s

Antonio Gibson at Denver: I like Gibson rest of season. But this rested Denver defense is not the place to start a banged up back. Check back in after the bye.

Myles Gaskin at Buffalo: Way too risky. Gaskin is dead to me.

Any Other Eagle RB besides Gainwell: None of these guys are worth a start. Don’t get cute.

Chubba Hubbard vs Atlanta: Unless you have CMC on your roster. Don’t start Chubba.

Must Sit WR’s

Jerry Jeudy vs Washington: Big Juedy is fresh off the injured list and needs to be eased into things. I’m not starting him unless it’s an emergency.

Devonta Smith vs Detroit: The heisman winner has cooled down lately. While he has his moments he has struggled to find the end zone. He’s a sit for me.

OBJ vs Pittsburgh: Just can’t trust the former All-Pro anymore. Injuries have caught up to him.

Brandon Cooks vs LAR: Another guy that has significant cooled down is Cooks. Now he gets to meet Ramsey this week? No thanks.

Must Sit QB’s

Trevor Lawrence at Seattle: I still can’t trust the rookie. And Seattle is a little better at home. Have him take a seat.

Sam Darnold at ATL: Maybe you’re hoping for a bounce back game. My advice: run!

Must Sit TE’s

Evan Engram at Kansas City: Please God no.

Tyler Conklin vs Dallas: Let’s not do this here Vikings fans. This isn’t the guy you want starting.

Thank you so much for reading GCF Fam! Go get those W’s!
