DFS Basketball Value Picks for Friday December 28th!

It’s the last friday of 2018 and you know what that means. It is time to make some god damn money! If you used our picks over the past couple days you won big. Especially on Christmas day. This screen shot was sent in by a follower who came in 5th in one contest and took home $50! Stick with us GCF fam, we got you on the great values!

Point Guard Value Pick:

Bryn Forbes (SA)

The third year guard is finally getting some run in San Antonio at point guard. In the last three games Forbes has seen a modest uptick in minutes that has led to major output for fantasy owners. In those three games Forbes has averaged 30 Fantasy points per game. Tonight he is in Denver going up against a below average defense against guards. At his price across all formats, Forbes could be a major steal.

Prediction: 29.6 Fantasy Points

Shooting Guard Value Pick:

Malik Beasley (DEN)

The reserve player has been pushed into a much larger role with the abscense of Gary Harris due to a hip injury. Beasley is fresh off his career high and 22 points as well as a career fantasy high of 39 points. Beasley offers versatility to the Denver game plan while he can score he can also defend aggressively which he showed recently by grabbing a whopping 5 steals in one game. Make sure Harris is definitely out before starting!

Predicition: 27.6 Fantasy Points

Small Forward Value Pick:

Mikal Bridges (PHO)

The rookie has cut out a nice roll for himself in Phoenix as a jack of all trades. Bridges has been on a hot streak as a fantasy stat sheet stuffer lately by getting over 21 fantasy points in 5 out of his last 6 games! At this value it is a great pick for anyone looking to save some cash tonight. Bridges is doing it all, rebounding, assisting, stealing, etc. He is not a score reliant fantasy player and that is great for us daily fantasy players.

Prediction: 23.6 Fantasy Points

Power Forward Value Pick:

James Johnson (MIA)

Johnson is heating up at the right time for daily fantasy owners. With his value around $4000 in all major formats, Johnson is shaping up to be our pick of the night. With 23 fantasy points or more in his last 4 straight games Johnson has been scoring and grabbing rebounds at a solid rate. His up tick in minutes has been a major reason and as long as that trend holds, he will continue to contribute heavily to your fantasy team!

Projection: 28.6 Fantasy Points

Center Value Pick:

Thomas Bryant (WAS)

Another incredibly tough night for the Center position. So lets take a chance on our guy Tommy Bryant! He has been filling in nicely for the often injured Dwight Howard including a 31 point performance against a weak inside defense in Phoenix. The last two games we have seen a reduction in minutes but tonight against a terrible Chicago team I think Bryant won’t need many minutes to put up a decent fantasy output.

Predicition: 24.5 Fantasy Points
