Saturday January 19 Daily Fantasy Basketball Value Picks

PG Tyler Johnson DK 3900 FD 3900

Even with Josh Richardson most likely playing, Johnson will still benefit as a low risk high reward candidate. Johnson will tally up minutes at both guard spots with Dragic out. He showed how productive he can be with his past spot start. If you are struggling to find someone to insert in your lineup with limited money, Johnson could pan out with no risk involved.

SG Malik Beasley DK 4900 FD 4800

With the return of Harris, Beasley’s time with high minutes might be come to an end. That time is not here yet considering outplaying Harris by 15 minutes. Denver can’t let Beasley’s recent play go unnoticed, with 5 20+ point performances in his last 12 games. He doesn’t give much from a fantasy perspective besides scoring but he is knock down from 3. Use him up while you can.

SF Gerald Green DK 4600 FD 5000

Green has enjoyed his recent uptick in playing time with the injuries to Paul and Gordon. In his past 2 games he’s averaged 35 minutes a contest. Mix that with his lethal 3 point shot and you can have a hell of a fantasy performance. Everyone gets on Lebron for his lack of defense but the Lakers have extremely lacked in this area since his groin injury. This is a matchup I’m feeling from a guy just starting to warm up.

PF Jayson Tatum DK 6300 FD 6600

Tatums season has not taken off like most thought after a great rookie campaign. His shooting numbers are lower then expected, but still reasonable from the former Blue Devil. He looks like a lock tonight for 30+ fantasy points against the Hawks. The Hawks have struggled on the defensive end to stop teams from high scoring. Tatum should bounce back from a weak performance last game.

C Al Horford DK 6000 FD 6500

A second Celtic makes our value list. I am surprised how far down Horford is on this list. Yes he is not the flashiest player in the court but dammit he’s productive. Like stated above, the Hawks give up big time points. They currently give up the most points on average per game. Collins has been a stud for the hawks but his skill set hasn’t transitioned to the defensive end. Plug in the vet.
