The positive side of the KP trade

Alot of Knicks nation is upset and I can understand why. We traded the best draft pick we had in literally 3 decades. He came in as a rookie after everyone (except for me and 3 other people) booed him on draft night and said it was a bad pick. That’s mainly because people don’t know shit about players from Europe which is understandable. Anyways he came in and absolutely crushed it for the Knicks and looked like he was the savior we been looking for. He ended up being a crybaby but I blame his bitch ass joke of an agent brother for being a shitty influence on him. At the end of the day he didn’t want to be a Knick but it’s fine.

First off I said this from the start. If he doesn’t want to embrace being a modern day center with all that height and shot blocking ability he’s a pussy. 7 foot 3 and your scared to bang down low? Give me a break. That was my first red flag. Also this clowns missed 111 games out of the 297 games he was a knick. He’s been injured for 40 percent of his career and counting. Almost half of his career he’s been wearing a suit. He thinks he’s a superstar and he’s not. He may be one day but he played at an all-star level for 48 games before tearing his ACL. Tell me why you’d give this breathing injury a max contract. Derrick Rose played almost 100 more games than this guy through his rookie contract. Rose was a more durable knick than the unifraud and that’s a fact.

The deal itself is actually pretty good in my opinion because you gotta facor in that this guy did not want to be a New York Knick. So anyone crying can stop because if we let him walk y’all would be outside the garden with pitchforks blaming Dolan for a GMs fuck up like usual. We did the most anti knick thing ever though…..we aquired 2 future 1st round draft choices. 2021 unprotected and 2023 top 10 protected. We also got an athletic point guard who’s still a kid in Dennis Smith Jr and we got 2 expiring contracts which will free up over 70 million in cap space. We got rid of Hardaways joke of a contract, Courtney Lee, my guy Trey Burke and the frail guy who’s always injured. It’s not the greatest trade ever but I rather shed bad contracts and get a young point guard and future draft picks for a guy that was going to walk away anyway. Special shout out to Carmelo Anthony for wanting to be a New York Knick and Amare Stoudemire for signing here when everyone was afraid. Thanks for nothing number 6. Have fun in Dallas for a year bc if you get hurt next year no one in this league will max you out.
