QB: Deshaun Watson at Detroit $7400
We know he is pricey but this Thanksgiving is not the time to be cheap! Watson has found his QB1 stride since Bill O’Brien and his butt chin were sent home a few weeks ago. With 11 touchdowns in his last 5 games and over 300 yards passing in 5 of his last 7 games; Watson is heating up just in time to dominate Detroit. The Lions are usually competitive on Thanksgiving and even though their defense stinks on ice, we think this is going to be a hotly contested game. That means Watson is going to keep throwing all game long and leave you in the best position to get a shit ton of points out of him. He is the most expensive QB by far but out of Lamar, Big Ben, Alex Smith, Matt Stafford, and Andy Dalton isn’t he worth the extra money?
RB’s: J.D. Mckissic at Dallas $5100
Arguably the best bargain on the Thanksgiving day site Mckissic is coming off a lackluster performance against the Bengals, but is poised to eat up the PPR targets on Thursday. In the last two weeks before the Bengals game we saw Mckissic see 15 and 14 targets respectively, but yesterday only 4. The Washington Football team controlled the game through Antonio Gibson dominating the ground game with Mckissic putting up an impressively nearly 7 yards per rushing attempt. We are going to see Washington have to get back to feeding Mckissic if they plan on beating Dallas who is coming off a big win against the Titans. Dallas is not as bad as we saw earlier in the season and this looks to be another competitive one where we will see the passing game utilized until the final minutes. That translates to Mckissic possibly having more value than Gibson going into this one. and at $900 cheaper than Gibson, give me Mckissic.
D’Andre Swift vs Houston $6500
Swift’s status is a bit up in the air but he did practice yesterday which is a good sign. We think he is going to play which means he will get some serious action even if they roll the legendary Adrian Peterson out there for the start. Before Swift entered the concussion protocol he had a massive breakout game a total of 149 all purpose yards and a touchdown. Swift is poised to really make a big run here moving forward but for Thanksgiving day he has the potential go off against a Texans defense that outside of JJ Watt squeezing out the last of his prime, doesn’t offer much resistance to pass catching backs. If he plays make sure you throw him in because he is worth the big price tag. Trust me we will be saving money elsewhere!
WR’s
Brandon Cooks at Detroit $5,300
Cooks has had a roller coaster of a year. He’s had some big highs and low lows, but this week with this premium matchup and cheaper price we love him in Thanksgiving DFS! Cooks is not one to haul in tons of catches, but at the end of the day all he needs is one or two big ones to make his price a really good value for tomorrow. We expect him to get you 17 to 23 points in DFS tomorrow.
CeeDee Lamb vs Washington $5,400
This may be the biggest steal of the day in DFS. Lamb does he a tricky matchup against the Washington secondary which has quietly been one of the better units in all of the league, but we feel that at $5,400 his ceiling is too high to turn down. Lamb is not as good with Dalton as he was with Dak, but he is much better with Dalton than his is with their 3rd stringer Vinnny Gabbagool. The offense runs through Zeke and Cooper still but their prices are too much for what we are trying to do here. Lamb is the clear cut #2 receiver and at this price we can’t pass up on him. Regardless of matchup.
Diontae Johnson vs Baltimore
DJ has asserted his dominance over all the other Pittsburgh receivers over the past few weeks. Leading the teams in targets and receptions will make a guy with his talent level rise to the top. This week we love the Steelers and their offense as they welcome the Ravens to town on Thanksgiving night. All the Steelers are in for a big night but Diontae is the one you want to roll out here. If he continues to get those heavy targets we could see him find the end zone once or twice tomorrow night. He is pricey, but totally worth it.

Jordan Akins at Detroit $2,900
This is our money saving more here boys. At $2,900 we are hoping to see him continue to build off his big game last week where we saw him haul in 5 catches for 83 yards. Again, the Detroit defense is nothing special so we could see him have a similar game as we stack him, Cook and Watson.
Flex
Terry Mclaurin at Cowboys $7,000
This is our big money play. If you follow us you know that we love Scary Terry and always want to fit him into all of our lineups. Terry has a great matchup against Dallas and no matter who is throwing him the ball Terry is going to get it done.
Steelers DST $4,200
Steelers DST is the only DST to really start in DFS these days if you plan on scoring any points. This is a frustrating year for defense, but this is a great play!
