The Aaron Rodgers Shit Show

Unless you’ve been living under a rock you know that the NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers is trying to squeeze his way out of Green Bay and instantaneously turn the Packers from perennial Super Bowl contender to tank-a-thon champions. Rodgers is sick of Green Bay’s shenanigans and it is clear to see why.

In the last 10 years the Packers haven’t drafted Rodgers and skill players in the first round. As a matter of fact the first player that they took in the first round that wasn’t a defensive player or an offensive linemen was the Rodgers back Jordan Love who they traded up to get! Couple that with the way that the Packers blew it against Tom Brady and the Bucs in the NFC championship game, it may be time to close the book on Rodgers’ career in Green Bay.

Now there is chatter that Rodgers had been telling free agents and teammates he is out of Green Bay as early as January of this year! Making it look even worse for the Packers front office. Moral of the story here boys: no matter how you slice it, Rodgers is gone.

Fantasy Impact

Where does this leave the NFL MVP and his Fantasy value for the 2021 season. The way we look at it, Aaron Rodgers is a borderline top 5 fantasy QB going into 2021 and that ranking could get even better if he gets moved. The Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers would be amazing landing spots for Rodgers and we think he will end up in Denver. Creating a massive increase in value for Jerry Juedy, Courtland Sutton and all the other Denver skill players. From a fantasy football perspective Rodgers to Denver would make a lot of people better and add an influx of valuable pieces going into draft day.

It’s not all sunshine and rainbows though fantasy wise. The fantasy football god Davante Adams value would take a huge hit going from catching passes from Rodgers to trying to catch dirt balls from Love. Adams could be the biggest casualty in this entire drama.

Buckle up boys, it’s going to be a rocky summer In Green Bay.
